The Bay of Roses
One of the most beautiful in the world!
Located on the Costa Brava, in Mediterranean Catalonia, the Bay of Rosas opens between Cap de Creus and the Montgrà Massif. Since 2011, it has entered the Most Beautiful Bays of the World, a distinction with the endorsement of Unesco currently awarded to about thirty bays and which recognizes the tourist and cultural values and the attractiveness of the landscapes of this environment formed by the municipalities of l'Escala, Sant Pere Pescador , Castelló d'Empúries and Rosas.

Today, the Bay offers more than 45 km of beaches,
15 km of creeks and 50 km of navigable canals. The coast offers diversity ranging from cliffs to small coves of peaceful, clear waters that merge with the smoother coastline of the Costa Brava. The beaches of the Bay are characterized by shallow waters ideal for families and the practice of sailing sports.

Its climate is typically Mediterranean with mild winters and hot summers.
